Return Policy

Not the right fit? Return any unused DIVIDE product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simple as that.

What's Returnable

• Single notebooks and 5-packs, unused and in original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase included (order number works)

How to Start a Return

Email returns@divideproducts.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send a return label and instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We'll send a confirmation email when it's processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. In those cases, we cover it.

Damaged or Defective Items

Something arrived broken or printed wrong? Email returns@divideproducts.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace or refund — your choice. No need to ship it back.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and retail partner returns are handled separately. Reach out to retail@divideproducts.com for that process.

Final Sale

Items marked "final sale" — promotional bundles, custom orders, or seconds — are not returnable. We'll always call this out clearly at checkout.
