How to return

We reply with return instructions within one business day.

Return shipping

You cover return shipping. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. We'll send a confirmation email when it's processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Something arrived broken or printed wrong? Email returns@divideproducts.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace or refund - your choice. No need to ship it back.

Final Sale

Items marked "final sale" - promotional bundles, custom orders, or seconds - are not returnable.
